Le Menu (October 30 - November 5)

Tuesday - Hot and sour soup (from Color Me Vegan) and mini baked wonton cups (veganized)
Wednesday - Black bean and seitan taquitos (adapted from Our Best Bites version)
Thursday - Pulled "pork" sandwiches (using Butler Soy Curls) and loosely following this recipe
Friday - Pizzas using vegan cheese and pepperoni, plus a plethora of veggies
Saturday - Pacific Foods carrot-ginger soup
