M's birthday was the day we were in the city for our anniversary, so her celebration was spread out over a few days. She opened presents the night we got back, had her birthday cake on Monday, and her bowling birthday party with friends tonight. She wasn't too thrilled about having to do things this way, but she handled it pretty well. She
is nine now, after all.
We managed to forget the camera for her bowling party. :o(
